About the Artist:

Linda Griswold Davis has been a printmaker for over 30 years. She has a small print shop in her Rochester, New York home. She makes original linocut and woodblock prints. Each print is carefully printed individually. All of her prints are limited edition hand carved, and hand printed original images. She hand colors many of her prints, individually after they are printed, with watercolors. Because these are original prints and not reproductions, there may be subtle differences between one print and the next. Each print has the edition number, title and the artist’s signature written on the lower edge.
